We offer a Heart-Centered Community Meditation Series. In this shared sacred space, Akimi & Chris will lead participants through a meditation intended to relax our nervous systems to allow us to go into deeper levels of healing, to surrender our traumas, and to feel safe being fully connected in our heart space.

Many of us desire to step more fully into our authentic selves, yet have fears and worries that may get in the way of truly embracing all of who we are. We will hold space to navigate through these fears and blocks to unlock that sacred path of coming into BEing. 

We will travel deep into our hearts and bring in more profound levels of self love, acceptance, and nurturing. Akimi and Chris will be using guided meditation, light language, Reiki and toning to help participants go deeper into this journey and to unlock spaces within themselves that were previously closed off.

You may experience from this meditation an easier ability to speak your truth, navigate difficult life circumstances, and be closer to your most authentic state of BEing.

What to Bring:
Please bring water, a journal, a blanket, and any items you may want to add to the altar. Seating will be provided.
